January

January 6th – London: Sin

Within a climate where the national tabloids are heaping distain on a already fragile pay party scene, organiser Nicky Holloway starts afresh at the London Astoria in central London with "Sin".

January / February - London: Genesis

As the intepid trio set about the business of hosting a dazzling array of warehouse parties, the Genesis phenemom continued to grow stronger by each weekend. Since the early part of this year, Wayne Anthony and his partners had gone for the jugular and successfully pulled off a slew of parties within a relatively short period of time.

On their ever continuing journey to be the biggest pay party organisation in the United Kingdom, within the next couple of months Genesis will host another eight pay parties, spread out all over the east end of London to the furthest regions of the M25 motorway corridor.

January 18th – Manchester: The Haçienda

There should be happier times ahead for the gang at the Haçienda in Manchester, Greater Manchester for as their local TV carrier, Granada and the Hitman and Her show will stop at their club for a very brief visit to Madchester. The producers planned to film the venue using the "fly-on-the-wall" technique to showcase the club, it's resident DJ's and the regular crowd for their hour-long syndicated programme for national television.

But things didn't entirely go to plan for the producers due to an someone in production leaking their "top secret" details which in turn sparked the original "hitman-ritzy" crowd to life. The security team at Haçienda were caught off-guard and had kittens when the hitman's regulars gathered en mass to demand entry to the club and two-thousand regulars couldn't get into the venue - the show flopped.

    January 28th - London: RIP

There is another "Revolution In Progress" for Stone and Vukovic's RIP as they move their club nights from their famous sweatbox at Clink Street in south-east London, into another dank sweatbox at The Dungeons in Leabridge Road on the north-east London border.
